Nakabusa Line Information(Mt tsubakurodake trailhead access: regular bus (cab) + walking + free shuttle car)
The Nakabusa line to the Mt.TUBAKURODAKE trailhead is closed to public vehicles due to a road shoulder collapse that occurred on April 14, 2025.
The Mt.TUBAKURODAKE trailhead can be entered by regular buses and cabs to free shuttle buses. Pedestrians can pass through under time restrictions (5:30 to 17:30).
It is planned that restoration work will be completed by mid-August and the road will be open to general vehicles.
Please note that regular buses are expected to be crowded from now on. Please allow plenty of time for your visit. The number of free shuttle buses and the number of passengers are limited, so if the buses are full, you may be asked to wait while the shuttle buses make the round-trip piston ride.
Please be sure to check the latest information before your visit, as there may be changes due to the progress of construction.
